How can I get my condition rule to apply to online form

    I've tried everything the forum has suggested . I cannot get my condition to apply to the form .

    Your form has 2 conditions with errors.How can I get my condition rule to apply to online form Image 10When you remove a field that related to conditions, the condition may crash. Can you please delete old conditions and re-create new ones?
