iPad on Mobile Device Manager

    Our company iPads are currently managed with MaaS360. I have noticed that once we put these iPads in a policy, the widgets like the Minimal Checkbox and the Take Photo don't work or does not show up on the form. Is there something in our policy that we make sure that it's turned on for these widgets to work?

    Hello @cd_support,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you are having.

    I went ahead and cloned your form and tested via tablet mode and was not able to duplicate the issue. 

    Can we get a little more information?

    Our your speaking of your privacy policy that you added to your form?

    Or the policy-managed with MaaS360?

    Widgets are loaded separately from a different location than the rest of the form.  It is possible the widgets resources are being blocked.  If there is a way to check what is being blocked by MaaS360 when the form loads and make an exception for those resources it would likely allow for the widgets to load.

    Our policy only allows the user to browse jotform.com and froms.jotform.com. May I know the location of these widgets so I can add it in our white list?

    I believe the domains that would need to be whitelisted are as follows:

    www.jotform.io/

    widgets.jotform.com

    widgets.jotform.io
