Questions About JotForm Features

I am a consultant who is helping a medium sized business adopt some better tech.  The business does safety inspections, and after each inspection an employee must fill out a form.  I'd like to know if we can move our forms to your platform.

There are 3 features we need in order to be able to use a platform like JotForm.

    - Only employees can access/fill out forms (not public), preferably via their GSuite credentials.

    - Hidden field in form uses zip code to automatically populate current weather at inspection site.

    - After submission, form is emailed to multiple people.  The list of recipients is controlled via a separate form.  For each inspection site, there may be a different list of recipients.

Is any or all of this possible on JotForm?  If so, how?  Thanks!!

    Hi Dan!

Let me address these questions. I have created a sample form for you: (the validation code is 1234id). Simply clone the form and see all of the available features! Here is a quick guide on how to clone forms:

    1. Each form created on JotForm has a unique ID and URL and looks something like this: Unless the URL is shared publicly, it is highly unlikely that the form will be available to anyone but the intended user. As an additional measure of security, you can share a code with the employees so that only someone with a code can view, fill out and submit a form. This can be implemented by creating conditional logic in the form's Settings.

    2. Unfortunately, we currently don't have a weather widget. However, we do have several geolocation widgets available. Here is a complete list:

    3. You again can make use of conditional logic to trigger email notifications to be send to specific recipients based on the location of the inspection site, for instance. Here is a quick guide:

Please let me know if you have any other questions Dan. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
