Hidden to protect your privacy - HIPAA QUESTION

I signed up for your service today because it was HIPPA compliant. I tried out your forms and when I mark something as HIPPA secure it comes in my email after they fill it out as "hidden to protect your privacy" -- this is a problem.

I noticed when I view them in jotform I see the data but when viewed in my email it hides this info. My problem is that I cannot give out my JotForm credentials to everyone. If HIPAA e-mail hides this info I need another way for my co-workers to see this hipaa information w/out logging into JotForm.

    Please advise.

    Hi Josh,

You can set individual fields to be displayed in the email notifications on HIPAA compliant forms. Here are two quick guides that address this:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/518-How-to-set-PHI-fields-on-your-forms

    and this one: https://www.jotform.com/help/504-How-to-use-Notification-and-AutoResponder-emails-in-HIPAA-accounts

Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
