Submissions: Unable to download uploaded file, it's showing 404 Not found message

    I recently downloaded all of the uploaded materials on my form, and it worked the first time, but now, all of my files are corrupted both when I download them and try to view them on a browser.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I tried to download submissions in your form and I was able to replicate the issue.

    I have now elevated this issue to the next level support so that they can investigate the problem. We will notify you here and on your email at once when a status update is available.
