Our forms are getting mixed up

    We are sending the link to a specific form to our clients however, often the one they are receiving is one of our different forms, however NOT the one we sent....Pls contact us ASAP +61 7 54584800

    How are you sending the link? Is that Doc the one that you are sending to share your form links? There are 3 different links in it.

    We send it directly from our timely website (appointment schedule websiite) via its text service. No we copy and paste the link.Only started happening a few weeks ago

    As you can see this client was sent the "FREE" jot form link, however we received

    Generally, this happens when the hyperlink is not updated with the correct though the text is displaying correctly. If you are copying the link from the Word document, we request you to check the hyperlinks once again in the document. You may consider using a Notepad to copy the text from instead of Word document to avoid such issues. 

    Alternatively, you may get the form URL from the publish tab of your form in the build mode.
