    It is clear JotForm is experiencing technical difficulties.  Will you update us on the status of the repair and when you expect these problems to be fixed.

    I am losing a client over my forms not working AT ALL now... for a week the submission confirmations were not working and worse each day ... then yesterday I posted to here that they werent working and today NONE OF MY REPS can use the report forms at all NOW!


    I am going to lose a huge client over this!!!!!!!! this is going to cost me my job, my client. my business. this is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!  how does it get worse instead of better?


    the forms are not working at all. I cannot make a NEW FORM now... I have sent out my printed form link and done all that I can!!!!  this is A DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


    10s or thousands of dollars could be lost for the business by the end of this day due to this "technical difficulty" ????

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Our developers are already looking into this problem.

    For the meantime, Can you please try to do the following and see if it works
    Clone the form and use the clone form instead.
    Re-embed the form using IFRAME
    Clear your browser cache and cookies.

    I've had a problem like this with Jotform. The problem starts when Jotform receives a bounce or invlaid address from the user. Jotform then shutsdown delievery notifications. The problem, in my case, started with our email server shutdown for five minutes one day.

    First, I had to make sure my end was working. Second, a Jotform programer had to reset a switch on their end, or tell their system that the destination address is valid.

    Is Jotform still capturing the data? If so, not a total loss. If not, it is another issue over what I experienced.

    If Jotform is capturing the data, you'll need to copy and forward to clients as a stop gap until the issue is resolved.
