I opened my form to edit and all of my conditions were gone

    Many conditional settings on this form and they all seem to have disappeared. Help!

    The issue that caused this to occur should be resolved and the conditions restored.  If they are still missing from the form, let us know and we can forward this to our development team to restore them.
