How to reach out to JotForm support?

Hi - Your website interface is nice; however, you seem to make it impossible to actually speak to anyone. There are many services to choose from. I have a free account with you now...why should I upgrade when I can't even seem to find a person to speak to? My questions aren't even technical, but pre-sales related really :-)
