My notification email does not include the uploads as attachments

    Please advise.  I selected the option to receive uploads on my notification email and I'm not getting them.

    The Send Uploads as Attachment will only work for non-PHI or non-protected file upload fields as shown below:

    When a field is protected, they are hidden in the email template and the same for attachments.
