Make the form background image fixed

     When I was editing, I noticed that the form  moved up and down along the background, which I really liked, but when I looked at how it was published, suddenly everything was static.  Can you tell me how to help it be mobile again?


    Also is there any way to make the words BROWSE FILES  black instead of white (which hardly shows up on the b.g.)

    The background image will now remain static when scrolling on the form.
