Conditionals are disappearing from forms

    Hello,

We appear to have a serious glitch regarding conditionals. After editing and saving a form (including modifying conditional statements), all of the conditionals disappear from the form. This has happened on number of our forms this week. Sometimes the revision history allows us to access an older version of the form (although reverting to the old form and trying to make the desired change again will delete all the conditionals again). For other forms the revision history has disappeared, and the conditionals can't be recovered. Can this please be fixed ASAP? Thank you!

We apologize for the inconvenience. I have escalated this issue to our back-end team. You will be notified via this thread when the issue gets fixed.

Hello, has any progress been made on this? It's really affecting our operations. Many of the forms' old versions can't be recovered, and we're nervous to manually re-add the conditionals just for them to be deleted again. How do you recommend we proceed?

Let me check with our developer. Just to confirm, this is the only form affected, correct? https://form.jotform.com/90064952081152

If there is another one please share the link to the form here.

This one as well: https://www.jotform.com/kjulius/madison-product-layout Possibly others, but those are the ones actively causing issues.

Do we have a time frame for updates on this? We are afraid to update the conditionals on any of our forms for fear it will erase them all. Not to mention the still sub-functional forms sent earlier.

Unfortunately, there are no updates yet from our back-end team yet, nor an estimated time-frame for a resolution.

    Hello,

Sorry for the late response, as I can see you have restored your conditions on your form (https://www.jotform.com/kjulius/madison-product-layout). We have restored conditions of this form(https://form.jotform.com/90064952081152). We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.

    Regards.

This form does not have all the conditionals restored https://www.jotform.com/kjulius/madison-product-layout. We only restored an old version of the form with some of the conditionals so we could get the most basic functionality. There were later conditionals that we were trying to add that wiped them all out, so we stopped trying to add them. Can you restore the newer conditionals? Or at least confirm that adding new conditionals/modifying old conditionals won't kill them all?

Before forwarding this to the assigned developer ,may we know the date you want your form to be restored?

    Looking forward for your response.

Instead of that, can I just get this question answered: Can you confirm that adding new conditionals/modifying old conditionals won't kill all the conditionals anymore?

The issue with the form conditions disappearing has been fixed by our developers. You may edit/add new conditions in your form.

    Hope this information helps.
