Apologies for any inconvenience. May we ask if the issue is happening to every form in your account? Would it be possible for you to create a form and let us make some tests in that form if that new form is also encountering the same issue that you described? Or, with your permission, we can also make changes to your existing form that is having the issue. Just let us know which one.
