    Hello,

since yesterday afternoon, around 5 pm two of our forms lost all their conditions, which at noon still worked perfectly. I did not work on the forms during this time, neither was I logged in our account. So I wonder if there was any crash on your side and if there would be any way to recover all the conditions? Setting them up anew would mean several hours of work for me. So may I please ask for your help - if possible?

    With kind regards,
    Bernhard

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have escalated the issue to our developers so they can take a closer look at it. Once there is an update we will notify you in this thread the soonest.

Also, if possible, may I suggest that you try reverting back your form to its previous status where all conditions are still present? — How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

Then, whatever the outcome may be, please update us.

    Hello,
thank you so much for your helpful advice. I reverted the form
https://form.jotformeu.com/90671793422360 to its state before the last
version. So I had to redo the few things which I had changed for the
last version, they got again lost one time for no reason, I did it again
and now it seems to be stable. Also I created a clone as a backup.
As for the other form https://form.jotformeu.com/71444279194362 I did
the last update on the 8th March, since then it was used 10 times. On
the 8th April I cloned it for having a base for the first form,
mentioned above. For the moment I did not revert and redo it, since I
lack the time, but as for the first form, all data are present in the
older versions before the 8th March.
So the loss of the conditions must have happened definitely on the 12
March between noon and 5:52 PM, which I can tell due to the forms we
    received.
Please let me know if you would like me to provide any further data.
Otherwise I will revert the second form during the next days.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your precious support and for running such a
    marvelous site.:-)
    With kind regards,
    Bernhard

If there is an acceptable revision state for your second form it would be easier to to use that.  If there is not, let us know and we can see if it can be reverted to the correct state from our end.

    Hello,
yesterday, before I proceeded to revert the form, I looked into the
conditions and - miraculously - they all had reappeared again. If you
had done anything from your end - thank you so much!!! If not, thank you
as well for all your engagement.
    With kindest regards,
