    How do I get the submissions to go to a different email address? I changed the address and sent a test and it went to the original address.

    First of all to change an email please check the you have performed the steps provided in this article http://www.jotform.me/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications. 

    After this please make sure all your form alerts should be set as described here http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues

    @rebyaffe,

    By following this guide: Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications, you will be able to change the recipient email address of the form.

    Test Email button feature will only send notification to your primary email address that is associated with your account and not to the other email recipient that is set to the form. So if you want to see if the recipient receive the form notifications, please make an actual submission to your form.
