How to restore deleted submissions?

all submissions are deleted from our user . if you can recover them ?

Do you mean to say that you have deleted all submissions form your form? Please note that once you deleted a submission, it is completely deleted from our system. It is not possible to restore deleted submissions.

I would suggest you to please recover it from the submission email you must have received. If you have active integration in form like google spreadsheet, google drive etc, you can check your submission data from there.
