How can I make a copy of an existing form?

I need to make a copy of a form, but there is no way to do it.

I also need to adjust the text in the form but I cannot find an edit link.

Can you please help me?

The form #71214143674350 is not in your account but it is in another account who has shared this form with you. The access permission is to just view submissions and not to edit form. That is the reason why you are unable to see the edit button to edit form.
