Is there any way to customize code or anything to allow the input table to be 3 columns of radio buttons and one column of text?

Right now, we are adding in calculations and if they select a certain answer in the input table (radio buttons) they are required to explain in a required text box that populates below the input table.

It would be ideal for our purposes to have an input table format that 3 columns are radio buttons and one column is text.

Please advise if you have any workarounds here that could help us achieve this! Thanks in advance. 

Unfortunately, input table fields are limited by these options.

We are not able to change these options.
