How to create a hover text for a specific line in the form?

Hello,

On the attached form, I would rather have a description next to each product in the very bottom section rather than having them listed in a text box above.  (Primarily because I need to delete it from the PDF editor every time.) I have done this on another form and I tried to copy the CSS formula but it's not working.   I believe my field is 35, with Farmer Style being 35_1.  I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.  How can easily identify what field it is?  You will see a generic formula for fields 13-0 through 13_5, but that is for another form.  Even though they are listed, I don't see where those are showing either.  Thanks for your help.
