I know how to create a form, but how do I change the look of the form? When I create a form where all fields are on one page, it looks very basic, and the boxes don't have the nice rounded edges as in the Summer Camp example. How do I change the look of the form when starting from scratch?

You can clone the Summer camp registration form to duplicate all the format - How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.
The form designer feature in your form builder is also a very unique method by which you can make you form look good. You can refer to the tutorial below to explore further.

I just discovered the form designer. Never really noticed that paint roller
icon before.
Thanks!
