Help! I have a form i worked on for hours on one account (my uncles) and just purchased my own jotform account. Can someone help me get the form from his to mine? will this disturb any submissions i'll get from future clients or will i need to update my link for new clients? thank you!

    Thank you!

We can help you move the form to your other account. Please logon to the account where the form is located and send us a request using that account.

1). Logon to the account where the form is

    2). Send us a request

3). Let us know the target account

By the way, please note that custom form URL's needs to be updated and republish to your users. Custom form URLs with your old username will no longer work once we move the form.

    Looking forward for your response.

    HI there!

Thanks for your response. I had live chatted with a guy from jotform and he had copied it over to my new account for me. I specifically asked him if the copied form would need to be updated as it is embedded in my website for my clients. He said it wouldn't have to be updated or changed. That it is still usable. Which is correct?

Yes, the embed code will be the same and it will still work. If you setup a custom URL, then you will need to change the custom URL.
