how do I not have the create a jotform name be on my form ?

    Thank you for reaching out to our support forum. We can gladly help you with this matter.  

    To Unarchive a Form do the following:

    Click Archive within the form builder>>Select the form to be unarchived>>Click the Unarchive button.
