My Submissions Counter Widget will not accept any of my css codes

On my Submissions Counter Widget on the top of my form When ever i try to enter any custom CSS like for example text-size: 25px; or #input_29 {text-size: 25px;} 

it does not change the widget. Im trying to change the font color and text size of the widget. Please help ive tried both the form css as well as the custom css on the widget settings.

the answer was that i should use #container. thats what it was called not #input_29
