Can multiple fields be added to one page of a multipage form?

I'd like to have all contact information fields located on one page instead of each on a separate screen separated by next button.

Yes, this is possible, but please keep in mind that all those fields will be filled up if multiple fields are displayed on each page. Unless you hide it and show it based on the user's response.
