I made field hidden but when form published the field is showing up

Hi,

I checked the form, you first made the address hidden after you used SHOW / HIDE FIELD condition for if choose "yes" made field's hidden. At the same time this condition if choosen No made show the field.  Address showing up because "Would you like to save on shipping by having us hold your cards for local pickup?" question's default answer is no.
When I looked at the form I saw "Would you like to save on shipping by having us hold your cards for local pickup?" question hidden too. Let's try to help you explain exactly what you want to do.

I want to hide both of those fields right now, but have the ability to turn
them on another time.

In that case, you should remove the conditional logic for the two fields and set them to hide as it is - through their properties.

You do not need conditional logic to hide the fields by default.
