What happened to your outstanding customer service? We used to be able to call or chat. Please bring this support back lest you lose customers.

Our apologies. We do not offer phone support ever since. We have chat, and nothing has changed with its priority. It will be offered when enough of the team members are online and the support forum is not busy. You should see the chat popup in My Forms page when it is available. As for today, I am not sure if we can offer such. The support forum is a bit busy today.
