When will the account metrics reset for a paid plan?

If I sign up for a paid plan today, do the metrics (payments, page views, etc) reset at the end of April or after 30 days have passed (May 16)?

Please note that the submissions/views/payments counter shall be reset on the first day of the following month for all accounts irrespective of the subscription status.

One last question. If we start off in the bronze tier and then before the metrics reset, we decide to upgrade to the silver, do we just have to pay the difference for that or do we pay for the whole silver package on top of already paying for the bronze?

If the account is upgraded using Credit card payment, based on the payment processor (Stripe or FastSpring) the amount shall be automatically adjusted on prorated basis. If the amount is not adjusted and a duplicate subscription is created, you may get back to us so that we can check it further and do the needful.
