Is it possible to create a widget in the form builder using CSS?

Hi!  Not sure if there's a way to create a widget via CSS and insert.  

Is that a possibility?  I need a clock that can be started, paused, and reset as needed.  The current clock function starts when I open a tab and runs continuously (we have a specific  timed checklist we are trying to run).

It is not possible to create your custom widget in the form builder. Also, jquery script injection is not allowed in the form.
