I just want to make sure that I'm not charged again for the monthly fee. I paid for one month but that was all I needed. Can you please confirm that I will not be billed again?

Yes you will not be billed again since your subscription is already cancelled. Your account will stay premium until the paid period ends which will be on March 04, 2013. After this date, your account will be downgraded to Free.
