If I downgrade my account, will I loose all my data?

Hi there, 

I've finished my project now that I was using Jotform for.  When I downgrade it, do I lose all the files I've received to date?  

 If you have more than 500 submissions you will lose the excess. So my recommendation would be to download all the submissions before to downgrade
