Conditional Logic: Email submission to certain email once field is selected

Hi,

I am creating a meeting request form for our internal staff to fill out when they want to plan a meeting. Is there a way to have one of the fields direct to a specific person's email? For example, if I had a yes/no question that said: Do you need any A/V assistance and the respondent answered 'yes' I would like the form to somehow feed to our Director of IT. Is there a way to accomplish this?
