What happens if I reach my submission limit?

    Hello,

    Once you reach your submission limit, your forms will be disabled for the meantime. It will only be reactivated until you either upgrade your account or wait for the next month when your counter resets to zero.

    So I wont be able to receive the notification via email also after I reach my submission limit?

    Hi Henry,

    Yes, you will be notified by email once you have reached the submission limit. It will be sent to the email address you used when you signed up for JotForm.

    In addition, you can also keep track of the current number of submissions when you log in to your JotForm account.
