Change Form Designer for Card form

I changed the form designer color, but for some reason it is changed on the Build section form, but live is only the first page change, not the following.  Please advise.

If you meant the white part of the card:

I'm afraid you cannot change that.

The cards are always white.

If you had something else in mind, please let us know.
