Form thank you page is blank

For some reason, when someone submits a form they don't see the Thank You notice after the submit. Just a white screen.

I have checked your form and it seems that the Thank you page is setup correctly.

Tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to  replicate the issue at the end.

The issue could be related to your web browser, can you please try clearing your browser's cache?  or disabling any pop-up blockers in your web page?

I have cleared your Form cache. Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
