JotForm Inbox -> Encrypted Forms: The user does not open her/his encrypted form.

    The user does not open her/his encrypted form. Based on the user's feedback, I cloned the user's form in order to check this issue on my end. Moreover, I checked this issue on my test form too. 

    When I checked the user's form, the Inbox page appears to be loading continuously but it does not open.

    Sometimes, the encrypted key is asked, but the page does not respond when I entered the true encrypted key.

    Chrome Browser (Version: 73.0.3683.103) Incognito Mode:

    I checked this issue on my another encrypted test form. I was not able to replicate the same problem.


    I think the problem is related to this specific form.
