Checkmark does not appear when single choice field is selected.

    when users try to select (under SEXE or OFFRES DE SERVICES), checkmark does not appear

    I have checked your form and I can see that the color checkbox was set to white in both the fields so that is the reason the 'ticks' were getting merged with background and you were not able to see the selected option.

    To resolve this issue please go to Form Designer


    Scroll down and go to Advanced Designer:


    Select the field >> Change color to black >> click save
