Hello Jotform team. Our form is not showing or loading completely, not sure why. It was working fine yesturday and it went out the day a couple of times before. Please advise. Thanks....

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have process a manual clear form caches. Can you please try again and see if it works. Also, please clear your browser cache as well.

The form worked for a couple of days and now we are experiencing the same problems. We have cleared all cache as instructed above as well as the flash cache. Please advise.

The form in question doesn't have any field on it, at all
So, cloning is not the solution, you or someone else deleted the fields into the form

No we did not delete the fields within the form. That's what I'm trying to explain to you. This has happened more than once. Where the fields have disappeared on the form and have reappeared later on. Not really sure what the problem is, but it would be nice for it to be fixed.
This has happened to some of our other forms as well. So you’re telling me that we deleted all of the fields from our forms that we use every day? Please do not make assumptions in regards to this situation by stating that we have deleted the fields.
This is very important to us and our business and we would like to handle it as it was important to you as well. If you need a witness that has been here working with me and right alongside of me while trying to figure this out, please let me know.

I apologize if I sounded like that. At the beggining the issue seemed to be an isolated one. That is why I suggested that possibility to you, it was not an assumption, we have had in the past people embedding the wrong form .
Nonetheless , we have seen a couple of more people reporting the same. So, I've been actually making some test and trying to find out cause of the issue. We care of each and every customer as we know how important is for them to have forms working, that's why I have taken the time for it
We will be reporting the issue to our developers right away

If you are sure you have not deleted the questions it sounds like a bug on our form builder. We are very sorry about it.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to re-create the problem. Which browsers are you using? Are you using Safari on Windows? That's a browser we do not test a lot. It might be a bug with that.
One recommendation I can make is to backup your forms using the Clone feature on My Forms page. Keep cloned copies of your forms before you edit them and if this happens you can switch to the cloned version.
If you can find a way to re-create the problem please let us know that would help us a lot finding this bug.

No problem..... great suggestion though, in regards to the cloning prior to editing the forms. I will keep a closer eye on the issue to try and catch it for you. It happened with a few of our forms before, but some how they re-appeared ?? It was with a couple of our other data entry forms. Also we are using Windows platform 86 and 64 bit versions. Windows XP, Windows 7. Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, the latest versions of both. I hope this information helps, but I will keep you informed. Thanks
I forgot to mention that when I go back into that same form to edit. It will not allow me to drop any additional fields into the form. I can't add fields or replace them. Also, the response emails ( notifications) still have the questions and answeres within the response notifications??... Please advise. Thanks...

We were able to replicate the problem on windows. We will be working on it. Until that time you can add fields to empty form by clicking on the fields instead of dragging and dropping them.

I am haivng the same issue. Two days ago, my form reports were fine. I have not changed or deleted anything. Today, my reports have all of the correct headers, but the information in them is not correct. For example, header A is Camper First Name, but the info is the Camper address which should be under Header L. All info that should be in columns A-K is missing, and all infor for columns L to end are in columns A, B, etc. What should I do?
By the way, I am using Mac OS ML.

I think your issue is different from this thread. We already notified our developers about this issue. We hope it will be resolved ASAP.
For now, I suggest you to create a seperate report using Grid Listing (Grid Listing) as it works fine. But note that this is only for you to see your submissions in other method.

I'm getting really tired of the bugs on your system :( . The past two days I wake up and my employers tell me there are fields missing on the form. Both instances I have had to revert to a previous revision of the form. In doing so, I see updates of field deleted actions that weren't done by me. What's going on, I have cloned this form twice, it's really frustrating.
