I changed my email address with you and now when I login it says my site has been suspcted of phishing

    I can't log into my account now and it thinks I am phishing. I am not. Please contact me to help resolve this issue or for me to verify and company information.

    Your account was suspended due to a form requesting LOGIN information.

    If you woudl like us to review the desicion, please provide us with the URL of the site where you are embedding the forms and also with the purpose of the form.

    Please note that we DO NOT allow the use of our forms for phishing activities!

    I understand and can assure you I did not do whatever happened or looked like happened. I no longer use the custom tracking systems quote request form as I have taken that website down. (I can delete that one if it is causing problems now)

    But I do use the contact form for id badge inc. The form is embedded on the page below. This is the one I need restored. "Very Important"

     Please unlock as soon as possible. My site is not working properly without it as I use it to screen customers from scammers and an Education customer had to call me this morning to inform us of the issue. I would be more than happy to supply a new more secure password if necessary for the future if you think my account got hacked.

     I promise that I have never used this form for any phishing or other malicious purposes. If you would like to talk, please feel free to give me a call.

     I logged in to change the email on file from bbobeck@filingsource.com to bbobeck@idbadgeinc.com. Perhaps this triggered the issue?

    Attached is my W-9 and my business DUNS # is 078737388.

     However, I stopped receiving the forms by email and had to log in to retrieve forms for the last few days. Now all of the sudden I’m locked out and the form will not appear on the website. So my form is dead in the water right now. Please help.

    I’ve thought further about this and have noticed that I have been getting a lot of people emailing in lately about SEO optimization. I’ve been hammered with spam and phishing from these groups for Google rankings. If anyone is to blame, I’m sure one of them would be to blame regarding this. Thay have been a real problem lately.

     

    Please unlock my account or contact me asap to discuss this issue. I cannot control who comes to my site but I can create a more secure password.

    There is a login at my home page but it has nothing to do with Jotform. It is through Miva Merchant ecommerce system and part of my website.

    If there is something else, please let me know the date it was created because the last form I did was a revision to the Request for Quote for the ID Badge Inc website a long time ago.

    If something new was created, it was not me and I believe my login or your site might have been hacked.

    Please contact me to clear this up. 904-535-6282. I need this back up and running or I will have to figure something else out for customer form submissions with my web developer.

    Thank you. I will log in now and remove what ever is asking for a login. Perhaps it was a fat finger mistake on my part if not a hack.

    I can see that now. I do not speak arabic so that was not me.

    I am trying to change my password but it doesn't seem to want to let me.

    Fear someone else has my login and created that. Will keep trying to change the password.

    Since changing my contact email in account settings, I do not seem to be getting these form submissions emailed to me. I have to log in to find them. I was wondering if there was somewhere else I need to change the email notification contact for new forms?

     

    Also, it doesn't seem to want to allow me to change the password to something else.

    I've used google chrome instead of IE 8 and that resolved the password change issue.

     

    But I still can't get the Request for Quote on id badge inc to email me the submissions. It used to send the filled out forms to my email. But since I have changed it, now it does not. Can this be fixed?

    The reason why you were not receiving email notifications is because your email address was in our bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 582-'This message violates our email poli= cy.'

    It seems your email server provider rejected emails coming from our servers.

    I checked into that form and I saw it was lacking of a Sender Name .



    Please make sure you always map your Sender Name in your email settings to a field into your form (ussually the "Name" Field) .

    I just applied that change for you.

    I cannot get into my account but suspect someone has hacked into it.

    If you will release it for me to login, I can delete that form and create a more secure username and password.

    I did not create the form you are referring to.

    Are you still not able to receive the email notifications? Please follow Jeannete's reply and that should fix it.
