When I publish form only the top 1/3 of form shows on page.

    I created a form but when I view or publish form only the top 1/3 of form shows on page. What is up with this?

    Can you please share a link to your web site so we checked it closer? 

    It is likely that you need to user different embed option. I would suggest to try using form's iframe code: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
