Using Jotform for fetching feedback from ships

I am planning to use Jotform for my online business of inspecting merchant vessels.

The users will basically inspect their ships using my guidance given on the form and send me their data back via the Jotforms. The challenge is now to sort out the large amounts of data. Now, I realise that there is a way to see the data from the submissions and sort through them manually thus generating a report manually.

However, I was wondering if there is a more efficient way to do this, for example, based on the submission which comes in, replies are sorted into YES/NO answers, every No question is highlighted with a priority and a response is generated automatically.

Is it possible to achieve this via Jotforms? or am I asking for too much here?

This is very important to me. Please give me a Yes/No answer, and do not direct me towards a link.

By 'response is generated automatically', do you mean an email auto-reply?

If so, it is definitely possible if using conditional emails feature: How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

Also, if needed, you can sort responses right on Submissions page:
