Sheets: hidden columns are shown if you sort submissions from one of the visible columns

    I have 3 tabs set up in the submission 'Sheets' that have different fields showing to help keep information more organized. Every time I have sorted to a column, the sheet defaults to showing every entry field in the form on that tab. 

    How can I save a unique tab view to only show specific form information?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. We will be glad to create a bug report to send it to our back-end team. However, we want to make sure that we understand how the issue is reproduced. Could you indicate what is the form where this issue happens? Also, could you confirm the steps to reproduce the issue?

    Are these the steps to reproduce it?

    1) Create a filter.

    2) And then sort through from a column:

    I have done it, but the view remained the same, only the entries that have been filtered showed up.

    1. Go to the vertical ellipsis on the right side of the tab name.

    2. Show/Hide Columns

    3. Only show Date, Name, Company

    4. Use the arrow on the right side of the Company header to sort A-Z

    5. (at least on all of our forms) The tab will reset to show all fields.

     

    Edit: I just tried on our Disco Divas Entry Form and simply setting a filter will reset the tab view.

    Behavior confirmed in Chrome and Edge.

    Hello,

    The issue should be resolved and it will preserve custom settings on filter changes.

    Thank you! The custom settings in the submission tabs are working as expected again.
