Only the first page filled out.

Hello, All 10 of my forms I received back only had the first page filled out. Is there something else I should do to see the info on the other pages

The fields on your form are not required and the submit button is located on the first page. I think that your users did not fill the fields on the second page. They submitted the form once they filled the contact info fields on the first page. 

I would suggest you to move the submit button to the bottom of the second page and to make your form fields required if you want to force the users to fill all form fields.
