Inbox: inbox (old) comes up with a blank page for sub user

    Hello Support,

    I can't see anything in my Inbox. Please see screen shot.

    When I search for Billing Services Setup Form and click on Inbox, nothing opens up, and we do have lots of forms in that Inbox. Please let me know.... 

    I actually get same thing with other forms as well.

    I can replicate this problem with your account. It seems to be a problem with being a sub-user account. 

    I have now escalated this thread to our backend team for further troubleshooting. If we have an update, you should know it here. In the meantime, view the submissions instead.

    You should now be able to properly display the inbox.
