Cannot set up payment integration.

    When I enter my API login ID and transaction code, it says "phone is needed" without any further explanation.  Please help asap.

    Hi,

    I guess you are referring with Authorize.net Payment Integration, that happen because Phone Number field is set as "required" to your account with Authorize.net. Please kindly disabled that by;

    Login to the Authorize.net Merchant Interface (https://secure.authorize.net), click on Settings -> Payment Form -> Form Fields and uncheck the Required box for the phone number (uncheck the e-mail if it requires the e-mail address as well).
