Renew Plan

    Howdy! I had recently froze my credit card that was attached to a $9.95 monthly plan. Since then Jotform (fast-spring) has tried to renew my monthly and it was denied. I then lost my grandfathered plan and need it to be just re-activated. Any way you could help me out with that? The payment you have on file should work again. Thanks!
