Can JotForm surveys be used to generate a certificate of completion with contact hour calculation?

We have the need for an electronic evaluation for presentations/conferences. We would like the survey completion to then generate a contact hour certificate directly for the participant. For some presentations it would be for 1 contact hour and it would be straightforward. For other events, like conferences, we need to have the user evaluate all of the training that they went to and the certificate then needs the total number of hours based on what they attended/completed. So more conditional. Does JotForm have this functionality? Thanks!

Hi,
We are able to collect form data from the users and store them in your account.
We can create different forms for different events(presentations/conference). For example;
Presentation 1 survey form
Presentation 2 survey form
Conference 1 survey form
Conference 2 survey form
You are able to gather data from the users for each form separately. You can't see all the forms for a specific user. But you can see all the users for a specific form. You must move between form submissions to grade the users. 
You can also give scores for questions in the forms. If the user doesn't reach the minimum passing score, you can block him to submit the form. With this way, you will just receive the submissions from the users who passed the minimum score.
