Create a form from Excel

Hi!

I've a Excel sheet and would like to create a JotForm from it. I've googled it, and there was some app that could fit (spread2jot), but all the links are dead.

Is there a way to do this?

The spread2jot is no longer available to use with JotForm. You would have to manually create your Form in JotForm.
