E-Signature widget not responding on windows touchscreen

May we know if your form is embedded to a web page?

May we know what web browser are you using to fill up your form?

Unfortunately, I don't have a windows  touchscreen to test your form however, I have tested your form with my mobile device (iPhone7) using Chrome and I was able to fill in the signature box.

May we know if the Signature widget works with your mobile device?

yeah, it works with mobile ie iPhone,

we are using google chrome as a browser to fill in the form on the windows touchscreen

Have you tested your Form in some other browser other than Google Chrome?

You can try using the Smooth Signature widget, instead of the E-Signature widget that you are currently using. You can hide the current signature field if it works. Do not delete it as all of you data collected with this widget will also be deleted from the submissions page of your form.
