PDF Submission not attached to email notification of my HIPAA form.

    My form is not coming in as a pdf, it is the only one that does this. when I open the second picture happens. It tells me I do not have the program to open, but none of the other forms do this1556029578Annotation 2019-04-23 072600.j1556029606Annotation 2019-04-23 072632.j

    If you want to attached the PDF submission in the email notification, please go to the advanced settings to enable it, and set a password:

    Once you receive it, you will be able to open it:

    I tested this in our HIPAA account and I received the notification with PDF attached using Gmail and Outlook. Could you please try creating a new notification and see if you will receive an email for the new notification?

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Did not work and now all the forms are being sent in same format

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Could you please show us a screenshot of the same format you mentioned so we can further investigate the issue?

    Also, the screenshot you gave in your first post contains a .tmp file and your computer recognize it as a threat so it is possible that the PDF or attached file in your form is being blocked by your firewall or anti-virus.

    To further troubleshoot your form, please allow us to modify or add our email to your form notification and we will try to submit the form so we see results on our end.

    Since you already enable the PDF attachment, and it is still not being attached to your notification, I will submit a bug report to our back-end team, so they can check further. You will be updated via this thread.
