Embedding a form on WordPress page unsuccessful

Good morning, I'm trying to embed a form on a page using the method described in your FAQ article but the Jotform pencil icon does not show up on the editor toolbar. The plugin is active. Can you help?

It looks like that you are trying to using JotForm form embed plugin to display the form on your web page. Please try embedding the form using the default Javascript embed code which should be working fine with WordPress website. 

Also, please disable the form embed plugin to avoid any conflicts. Thank you!
